ELA gives you the freedom to press snooze one last time in the morning or leave work early. Our commercial positions offer you the benefit of flexibility in the form of flextime, meaning you can plan your workday as you see fit.
Working from home
Employees with a commercial position can spend some of their work week working from home, ensuring they can remain flexible.
Onboarding program
Our highly extensive onboarding process is held at our headquarters in Haren (Ems). This program allows you to get acquainted with all the areas of the company, our products, and your colleagues, ensuring you’ll be well prepared to begin your daily work routine.

Do you enjoy spending your free time lifting weights or running on the treadmill while listening to your favorite tunes? Our company gym will offer you refuge from a hectic workday.
Massages
We can offer you regular massage appointments with our in-house physiotherapist, making stubborn muscular tension and back pain a thing of the past.

As Head of Process Management, he relies on diplomatic sensitivity to ensure processes run efficiently throughout all of the departments. In his free time, Matthias likes to get his hands dirty, producing tangible things from wood and metal in his workshop at home.

As Head of Controlling, Matthias maintains an overview of numbers, with the aim of keeping ELA on track at all times. He views our flat hierarchies as ELA’s most notable characteristic.

As Head of Management Systems, Ralf Manning is in charge of advancing workflow digitalization at ELA. In his free time, he keeps the regional Low German dialect alive and well with his friends on the “Platt-Cast” podcast.
