Your Future Role

+

Reviewing and estimating complex project inquiries and client requests

+

Responsibility for the internal and external planning, estimating, and execution of large-scale international projects, with a focus on the United Kingdom

+

Regular coordination and negotiations with clients, the construction team, subcontractors, and internal departments

+

Developing and presenting customized proposals for complex large-scale projects (e.g., data centers)

+

Ensuring a smooth invoicing processss

What You Bring to the Team

+

Completed technical apprenticeship or degree in civil engineering, economics, business administration, industrial engineering, construction engineering, or a comparable qualification

+

Several years of professional experience in managing independent projects, ideally in modular construction or the construction industry

+

Strong customer focus and an independent, solution-oriented approach to work

+

Experience with systems such as NAV, Salesforce, or SAP is desirable

+

Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 60% of the year)

+

Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
