Your Future Role
+
Analysis of sales-related processes to identify potential for optimization and automation
+
Design, implementation, and support of process changes, including structured rollout management
+
Support, further development, and technical and conceptual support for ERP systems
+
Ensuring optimal system support for efficient sales and support processes
+
Planning and implementation of training courses and user support
+
Interface between sales, IT, and other departments
+
Advising cross-functional teams on best practices and actively contributing to company-wide knowledge transfer
What You Bring to the Team
+
Successfully completed degree in economics, business administration, industrial engineering, computer science, or a comparable qualification
+
Initial professional experience in sales management, IT, sales control, or a comparable field
+
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
+
Initial experience working with SAP
+
Initial knowledge of the Salesforce CRM system desirable
+
Business fluent German and English, both written and spoken
