We continue to grow! Therefore, we are currently looking for a Business Application Manager (m/f/x) for our head office in Haren (Ems) to further develop and expand our IT department and our team IT Application Management.

Your Future Role
+
Documenting, analysing and solving support requests in 1st and 2nd level support for various company applications (CRM / DMS / other business applications)
+
Active involvement in knowledge management and solution management in our company's own knowledge database
+
Close cooperation with the respective application product owners in order to solve recurring support activities in a sustainable manner
+
Supporting colleagues (m/f/x) from all divisions and clients, both nationally and internationally
What You Bring to the Team
+
Successfully completed technical or commercial training as an IT specialist (m/f/x), industrial clerk (m/f/x), completed studies in the field of (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
+
Relevant professional experience in IT support as an IT specialist or IT business application manager (m/f/x) desirable
+
Professional experience in dealing with one or more business applications (CRM e.g. salesforce/DMS e.g. D3/other business applications)
+
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
+
Team player and effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
+
Proficient in written and spoken German and English
