Do you like to be at the helm yourself? Then take over the project management for offshore projects with us - from the initial idea to commissioning. Coordinate international teams, keep an eye on the budget, schedule and quality and bring challenging projects safely to their destination.

Your Future Role
+
Responsible for the planning, management and implementation of projects from initiation to completion
+
Definition and monitoring of project goals, budgets, schedules and quality requirements
+
Coordination of all project participants from concept development to commissioning
+
Management and motivation of interdisciplinary project teams and external partners
+
Determination of product requirements based on customer requirements and standards
+
Risk management and development of countermeasures
+
Communication with customers, authorities, suppliers and internal stakeholders
+
Support in the bidding process as well as in technical and commercial project issues
What You Bring to the Team
+
Degree in engineering, economics or comparable qualification
+
Several years of experience in managing complex projects, ideally in accordance with common PM standards
+
Strong organisational skills
+
Strong communication skills in German and English, confident in dealing with intercultural teams
+
Confident in using project management tools (e.g. Projectworx) Projectworx)
+
Several years of professional experience in the offshore sector, ideally with a focus on wind energy or maritime infrastructure desirable
+
Experience in coordinating international project teams and in working with certification bodies and authorities desirable
+
Sound knowledge of relevant norms and safety standards in the offshore environment (e.g. DNV, IMO, BSH) an advantage
