Your Future Role
+
Independent project management as well as coordination and leadership of project participants
+
Determining product requirements based on customer requirements and standards
+
Recruitment and monitoring of suppliers as well as planning and assembly companies
+
Organization of engineering and procurement services as well as installation supervision
+
Independent and active participation in projects from brainstorming and concept development to the realization, testing and acceptance of electrotechnical components
+
Selecting devices and systems and defining project standards
+
Implementation and monitoring of company-wide technical standards
+
Monitoring compliance with safety specifications, deadlines, costs, quality and scope of work
What You Bring to the Team
+
Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering or comparable qualification
+
Experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on low-voltage systems
+
Basic management skills in leading internal employees and external service providers
+
Initial project management experience in the shipbuilding environment or offshore sector desirable
+
Planning and structured working style
+
Strong communication and teamwork skills
+
Good written and spoken German and English skills
