To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Safety Specialist – Focus on Construction Site Safety (m/f/x),who will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and monitoring customer requirements in the areas of occupational safety, health, and environmental protection on complex construction site projects.
By "construction sites," we mean all locations where our mobile space solutions are delivered — including facilities for daycare centers, schools, industrial companies, public authorities, and more.

Your Future Role
+
Identification of customer requirements regarding occupational safety, health, and environmental protection on construction sites
+
Collaboration with our clients’ Safety and Health Coordinators (SiGeKo)
+
Occupational safety and site supervision on construction sites and large-scale projects
+
Execution of subcontractor audits and both regular and event-related site inspections
+
Preparation of project- and contract-specific risk assessments
+
Monitoring and implementation of new regulations and legal requirements
+
Selection, supervision, and monitoring of subcontractors on construction sites with regard to their qualifications and compliance with customer requirements
+
Identification and coordination of occupational safety regulations on construction sites
+
Coordination of employee assignments abroad
What You Bring to the Team
+
Successfully completed vocational training or a degree in a technical or scientific field, combined with the required additional qualification as a Health and Safety Specialist or Safety and Health Coordinator (SiGeKo)
+
Ideally, experience in assembly and construction site operations
+
Strong communication skills and a structured, detail-oriented working style
+
Commitment, team spirit, and flexibility
+
Proficiency in written and spoken English
+
Willingness to travel
