Would you like to apply your HR expertise in a role that combines operational responsibility and strategic development?You will work closely with managers, manage recruitment and HR processes, and drive forward issues that are relevant to both employees and the business. Whether it's quick decisions, challenging discussions or the further development of structures, you will be right at the heart of things – and that's what makes the role so exciting.

Your Future Role

+

Responsibility for the smooth running of all operational HR processes for defined clients/units/departments – in particular rental, sales and procurement

+

Point of contact for employees and managers in the assigned units for all HR-related issues

+

Close coordination with HR experts from the individual HR disciplines

+

Responsibility for the entire recruitment process: selection, interviews and contract negotiations, including prior needs assessment and profile creation

+

Advising and sparring with managers on topics such as personnel planning, performance and labour law issues – with an understanding of sales requirements

+

Designing measures relating to further development, performance and employee satisfaction

+

Collaboration on HR projects with strategic relevance (e.g. digitalisation projects, employer branding, process optimisation)

+

Preparation of strategic decision templates for HR management

What You Bring to the Team

+

Completed degree in business administration, economics or a comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on human resources management or personnel management

+

Initial professional experience as a recruiter, personnel officer, HR business partner or in the HR field is desirable

+

Strong consulting and problem-solving skills in all personnel-related issues

+

Experience with applicant management systems (e.g. Onlyfy), XING Talent Manager and/or LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage

+

Fluent German and good English skills

+

Confident use of MS Office programmes
