Do you want to develop learning and development programmes that really make a difference? Then join us as a Talent Development Specialist (m/f/x) and take on a central role in training, workshops and talent management – including evaluation and optimisation. At the same time, you will be the point of contact for training and dual study programmes and will keep all parties involved working together. Sound like you? Then let's get to know each other!
Your Future Role
+
Development and implementation of targeted learning and development programmes and establishment of sustainable talent management
+
Organisation, coordination and follow-up of training courses, workshops and digital learning formats with specialist departments and managers
+
Further development of structured development and succession processes for strategic employee retention
+
Evaluation of measures (e.g. feedback, participation rates, effectiveness checks) and derivation of optimisations
+
Central contact person for training & dual studies (trainees, dual students, trainers/representatives, managers)
+
Planning and coordination of assignments, onboarding and training processes, including coordination with schools/universities and exam dates
+
Recruiting and supporting apprentices/dual students: selection process/interviews, feedback & development discussions, representation at trade fairs/events and cooperation with external partners
What You Bring to the Team
+
Successfully completed degree with a focus on human resources, education, business psychology or comparable qualification
+
Professional experience, ideally in human resources development or training support
+
Training certificate in accordance with the Trainer Aptitude Ordinance (AEVO)
+
Initial experience in designing continuing education, talent or development programmes is desirable
+
Knowledge of the legal framework for vocational training and experience in working with chambers of commerce, vocational schools or universities is desirable
+
Strong communication and consulting skills
+
Structured, independent and responsible approach to work
