Shape the future of modular building technology with us!As a Project Manager for Sanitary Engineering (m/f/x) you will contribute your expertise to the efficient planning, standard-compliant implementation and development of sustainable solutions. We manufacture container frames automatically using state-of-the-art robot technology - this is how we are consistently driving forward the industrial series production of our mobile room solutions in container construction.

Your Future Role
+
Planning, design and project planning of sanitary systems in modular buildings
+
Preparation of execution and assembly plans as well as material lists
+
Coordination of new construction and conversion projects in the field of HVAC
+
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, standards and guidelines (e.g. DIN, GEG, Drinking Water Ordinance)
+
Close cooperation with construction, sales and external specialist planners
+
Technical clarification with authorities and project partners
What You Bring to the Team
+
Completed studies in supply/building technology or completed training as a technician or master craftsman in the field of sanitary/heating technology
+
Professional experience in technical building equipment, ideally in the field of modular buildings
+
Sound knowledge of drinking water hygiene, sound insulation, thermal insulation and GEG
+
Confident handling of CAD systems (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit) and MS Office
+
Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
+
Ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
