During your 3-year apprenticeship, you will get to know various commercial departments at ELA. In purchasing, you will learn to compare offers, negotiate with suppliers and prepare orders. You will also get to know our production department and support your colleagues in organising production orders. In the sales department, you will be responsible for preparing offers and customer orders. Of course, bookkeeping and accounting are also part of the training. Here you will learn how to process, book and check incoming invoices and write rental invoices. At ELA, you change departments every 3 months, so you get a comprehensive insight into the different areas of the company and find out during your training where you want to go after your training.
