Your future role

Responsibility for the smooth operation of the restaurant

Leading and developing the service team

Ensuring warm and professional guest service

Scheduling and assigning duties for the service team

Working closely with the kitchen and hotel management

Helping to shape and improve our service quality

Organizing and overseeing events

Actively participating in day-to-day operations

Responsibility for ordering supplies and monitoring inventory

What you bring to the team

Experience in the restaurant industry, ideally in a leadership role

A passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to service

Leadership skills, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility

A structured and self-directed approach to work

A friendly, confident, and well-groomed demeanor

Ability to handle pressure and strong organizational skills

Good German language skills; knowledge of other languages is a plus
