The ‘DINER 72’ is our company restaurant on the premises of ELA Container GmbH in Haren and consists of 36 innovatively designed containers. Here we offer our employees fresh, regional and varied dishes every day.As a trainee chef (m/f/d), you will be given an intensive introduction to the world of catering. You will learn the basics and subtleties of the art of cookery and work with an experienced team, including chefs with Michelin-starred kitchen experience. With our regular working hours, we offer you the opportunity to combine a catering apprenticeship with a good work-life balance. You work fixed hours from Monday to Friday, your evenings and weekends are yours.Training at ‘DINER 72’ is varied: you will prepare changing lunch menus, work in the event kitchen and occasionally be involved in fine dining. This gives you the opportunity to get to know different facets of catering.Your tasks will include checking and preparing the ingredients to achieve a perfect end result. You will ensure that the ingredients are optimally prepared and check the recipes and special requirements of the dishes.
